Built in 1958, this handsome 15.8-metre Wells Brothers launch is a genuine piece of New Zealand maritime history. Her double-diagonal kahikatea construction, classic lines and substantial proportions are unmistakably from an era when boats were built to work hard, go to sea and last.

More than six decades later, Pamir has been given an extensive new lease on life.

A near-new 285hp Doosan diesel, auxiliary 30hp Kubota, upgraded electrical system, substantial solar and wind generation, watermaker, washer/dryer, modern navigation equipment and extensive 2022–2025 refurbishment mean that beneath her classic exterior lies a remarkably capable and comfortable cruising platform. And she is not merely a weekend launch.
