The galley is equipped with a 2-burner gas hob, oven, fridge, large deep freeze. The helm station has been upgraded with new instruments, wiring, and a Lowrance Navionics system, marine UHF, 24-mile radar, autopilot, and an automatic anchor system. Perfect for coastal cruising with an economical cruise of 16-18 knots at 3000rpm with 23 knots at full throttle. Two Volvo B series spec’d 200Hp diesels have 520 hours since being fully reconditioned at a cost of $60k. Recently fitted 2 new ZF gearboxes, Morse controls, cables, prop shafts, cutlass bearings, re-pitched propellers, engine mounts, and extensively documented service, invoices total over $150k. New start batteries fitted Dec 23. The anchor winch has been serviced, chain removed, cleaned, and the anchor-well painted, a new winch actuator installed. The huge lazarette and lockers have been thoroughly cleaned and painted. All tanks are stainless steel, with 800l diesel and 400l freshwater. In September 2023, the hull was stripped back to bare gelcoat, inspected, with the hull above the prop struts strengthened. The bowsprit has been internally reinforced to better-than-new condition (Stronger). New anodes, underwater lights, all old through-hull fittings removed and filled, and a full anti-foul and prop speed applied. The hull was given a full cut and polish. Surveys are available from 2021 and Oct 2023 that track the condition of the vessel. No repairs are required. Passionate current owners have a lifetime of receipts for her dating back 20+ years and extensively refit in recent years. This is a standout 1100 and offers trouble-free boating for her new owners.
