1992 Bertram 60 Convertible-Sport Fishing Legend-Turnkey Ready

Reel Thrill is a Bertram 60 Convertible.

Hardtop bridge, enclosed with opening clears for air flow. Bertram drew her elegant lines from a stretched and reworked version of the Bertram 54 hull—one of the best open-water boats in the business. Bertram sold a lot of these boats, and her blend of modern styling, strong performance, and functional accommodation were, and still are, a match for the best convertibles in her class. Reel Thrill is a three-stateroom boat with three full heads, big U-shaped galley, and a wide-open salon. With over 140 square-feet of space, huge cockpit with tackle center, livewell, Flush transom and gate, an enormous in-deck fish/storage box, and engine room access. The flybridge features a wraparound helm console with lounge seating forward. Detroit 1,400hp 16V92 diesels give an economical cruise of 9 knots at 60L/hour, or when you want to cover some distance quickly 20 knots at 363L/hour. Reported to top out over 30Knots to be first out of Mercury Bay at the next Kubota Billfish Classic 2026 !!! She has an incredible view from the tuna tower with wheel and engine controls. Full helm on the flybridge and engine controls also in the cockpit (Right beside the action).

This launch caters for serious sports fishing but wraps the crew in luxury when the sun goes down.

Our vendor has left original electronics as is, with the knowledge the new owners will most likely want to choose an upgrade. She has been priced to reflect this and with some attention to detailing throughout, represents an opportunity to add value over time.

She’s booked for late Nov out of water, antifoul and Propspeed, so she’ll be ready for the summer cruise and the run up to the fishing season. Come see for yourself and be prepared to be impressed.
