Thomas Robinson – Managing Director

I have been interested in anything with wheels or an engine since I could walk and I restored a 70’s era, Italian built, Riviera Classic speed boat when I was teenager and from then on, I was well and truly bitten by the boating bug. It really is my passion!!

I Started the journey to owning my own business by getting an apprenticeship with Mercedes Benz commercial (Truck and van) in 2012 and was very fortunate to be trained in the dual trades of automotive electrical and mechanical.

After completing my apprenticeship with Mercedes Benz, I moved into employment with Hyundai and I worked there until I was offered an opportunity to help manage a mobile auto electrical business in Auckland. This saw me travel half way round the world from Ireland to NZ.

During this time we serviced the North Shore area, working on everything, including,  Launches, Yachts, Cars and Trucks, Fixed plant, and Earth moving machinery.

I then made the move to beautiful Northland and started my own company.
