Beneteau 523

The current owner bought Sparrow in February 2018 in Montenegro after researching over 100 yachts

and inspecting more than 24 potential buys. When he found Sparrow, he flew from New Zealand to inspect her and signed the purchase agreement after only one hour on board.

The original owner, a Ukrainian who used it for a month a year, always stayed at marinas and had a professional skipper to facilitate everything. Other than one trip to the Caribbean Sparrow was little

used. Since his ownership, he has replaced much and serviced or improved all systems onboard.

It is currently in condition to sail around the world with nothing more needed for this adventure.

The owner states. “You will not find a better Beneteau 523 anywhere - that’s a promise”.

Why is he selling? Well last winter the owner got covid 19 and it has played with his health ever since and at 72 years of age, he knows his days as a sailor are numbered.
